Worst environment for work ..u will be hired as a sales executive or senior sales executive ,but you are just a highly paid labour..in a month there will be 5-6 night where u have to work 5 pm to next day 4-5 pm that means almost 24 hour and this will not consider overtime or any extra perks ..u cant manage work life and your life ..the worst experience ever in whole retail journey.. they will transfer anywhere in India without giving any prior notice and u have to move just because they are mention it in your offer letter and u have sign it .

... employee like, they celebrated birthday of every employee with cake cutting. they gave bonus on every deepawali. they have a good incentive plane for employee.

Dislikes

Company Culture is not good at all specially Hr department. HR never reply either your emails or phone calls at all. No professionalism at the shop floor. maximum physical work required there. and they never fulfil their commitments

...is four years. HR management also very bad, If you have any problem regarding P.F/ Salary/ Incentive plane/ meddiclaim policy. They are never reply on mail as well as telephone too. Work load is too much. Maximum time they denied to give incentives of the staff. They give lots of excuse.

Nobody gets increment in these four years. And HR management is very bad

Nothing as such to like only if you have a top store such as Noida, Gurgaon or Saket, otherwise, it’s a very poor organisation with poor management

One thing I hated about Bath and Body Works , the most was it HR department who doesn’t even care about employees. They are just sitting on the desk in their Gurgaon or my office and just taking HR out every 40-50 days. When you will leave the organisation, they will eat up all your FnF Even if you serve your notice. They are will forward your mail to one person in payroll, and that guy will never reply You’ll have to do a lot of night shifts and you won’t be even get paid for that. Just stress shifts of 14-15 hours. The reason manager operation manager have no clue. They just talk about numbers and they don’t give care about their employees being alive or dead

It's been great working with Bath and body works, the best part is u enhance your skills day by day, whether it's regarding to control your sales, your team or customers.
