You have work life balance thats it.

No Job security at all. You work with the company for 3 years from the initial days taking additional responsibilities thinking as its your own company and you just want the company to grow and one day they just come and tell that you're terminated without any reason. The worst part is they tell performance issue and they give you promotion just 4 weeks back. It was never this way before. As the company grew their policies got worse. You put your heart and soul to the company and one fine day they just tell you goodbye and finish the meeting in 5 minutes. This is mainly for non-US persons. And Please do not join this company if you're looking for job stability, Security or Growth. This company has none of these. If you want to get hurt and want to be treated as a trash end of the day for the work you do please go ahead and be their guest.
