Good work environment and culture. Teammates are not supportive for me. Company side no increament no hike no bonus nothing everything company give to store manager only. But store manager not in store properly then he didn't solve the customer problems. But he is attaching the relations people only do appointment for work with store outside peoples are young students are interesting to work with bata and come ask sir any vacancy is there nu but store manager simply say no vacancy no job nu

Bata india limited is a good company and take care of worker but in between peoples are not good example Anna nagar manager Velmurugan they are give work benefits and salary benefits everything gives to relations peoples only example sridharan he is worst and waste and lazy guy he didn't work anything simply come to morning daily late then go to breakfast take one hour next went to tea forty five minutes then go to lunch sharply one o clock take time two hours other staffs take one hour lunch break but sridharan take two hours. So company survey these type of worst person remove and give the chance for youngsters because soo many peoples are no job but these sridharan spoil the company and customer service also worst. I hope the bata india limited do action immediately thank you

Nothing to like in this company. Maybe the company may have good work culture outside India.But here it sucks big time.

I am really disappointed with the work culture. Only the Store Managers falls under company payroll and the other store associates falls under third party payroll and due to this,if there is any cash or stock shortage, the Store Manager becomes liable for everything. The store Manager has to pay from his pocket all the shortages,or else FIR will be raised from the company. Be careful, I have seen many SM suffering due to someone else's mistake . The company may seem like an MNC but in real life it's worse than a local Kirana shop.

Bata is a great footwear company. Till now no competatar. Culture is best allouther brand. Desipline and decoration is fantastic. Staff and manager are honur in his society.

Salary is not beter than other company. Working hour is so long.

The working of the company is good and seamless and the management is also good and their is no working pressure in organization you can work freely

Salary is very low not evan maching industry standard. And the not so good thing in bata is only store manager is responsible for shrinkage and He/she only have to pay suspense amount

...and leads to pilferage. Manager is doing a job of security guarding the stock. No salary hike irrespective of how good our performance is, above store leaders wont even consider the wellness of store managers. Perfect example of how not to run a management, clear picture of how not to treat your staffs. My HR informed me that anyone from govt or top management asks we need to say evryone here is working for only 9 hours per day. Pathetic execution.
