There are no good things about this company.

... life balance is worse. No leaves, harassment but most of all its BONDED LABOUR. They make you sign contract for 18 months for 2 lacs with very less in hand salary. No benifits, no transportation or allowance for night shirts. Maximum they will give employees night shifts plus no appreciation for good work.

Management need to work on several areas just not to downgrade the existing policies, but to focus on new processes for employees betterment

Lack of Management, lack of leadership, lack of problem analysis, poor salary analysis, nothing extra, no employee satisfaction

Only working environment is very good there except this nothing is said to be good.

No job security,no proper salary hikes,no career growth,it's a kind of job where you can just hit enter and enter and enter and nothing else.

Pathetic team culture. Too much politics. Seperate policies for favourites. Torturing environment. Few teams are bearable.

politics, no equality in work distribution,unnecessary issues for the person working , no way to justify work as no even after meeting SLAs you can be a bad performer

Nothing,Worst company of my life.Production Manager is very cheap person .He is always doing politics to haras person.I just say he is a Demon.

Office Polytics,Manager is very Bad . HR is always doing favour of Manager even Manager is wrong.Please avoid this company to join .Kabhi bhi HR ki mithi baton pe vishwas mat karta .They are just waste less
