Literally everything else other than salary and infrastructure needs to be improved. Not recommended for peace of mind and work life balance. Be ready to get humiliated in front of everyone every now and then if you don't meet target once.

Had a good time with Bask HR. This is a good platform for a fresher who wants to build up their career in Recruitment. We can spend learning new things each day in recruitment, be it new roles or understanding a candidate or the process that we work. Especially Management gives flexibility during the time of need and emergencies. Can't forget the place where I started my career. I wish our Team Bask continues successful even more in the future😊.

It's a good place to start your career as a recruiter... Sometimes it will be hectic but you will get support from your colleagues and seniors in every possible way..

There is nothing I like about this company. They treat you like an animal, they dont teach the new employee any skills but expect them to do 5 times more work than the experienced worker. This place traumatized me for life. I'm glad I left

Dislikes

No breaks, heavy workload, work doesn't stop even after 9 hours of heavy work without breaks, the managers have no chill. God bless.
