There is nothing to like here for work they don't. Payal salary to staff 4 to 5 months not any bonus from last 3 years even there is not any mediclaim policy for staff. management are idiots and no sense of run company they just use govt. Money for there personal growth. There are two to three peoples who are making fools of promoters with wrong information even they are making fools to govt also because they r evasing tax also on the name of social work. Govt should take action against this org.

.... Not any medical benefit. There is only one benefit you can take leaves any no. of time in a months because they don't pay salary so employee don't listen to him.

The organisation is good , it's people are good , freedom is there , salary is on time , is an honor, CO he is good 👍

I want to like it , but the senior here give a lot of trouble, and manegement team is not right , the work is not appropriated.

I'm really glad that I worked for this company. The work culture was really great. Every person was so helpful and Cooperative. Specially the HR team as I was a part of that and learnt lot from them. Always grateful.

Salary gets delayed a bit. But you always get your salary.

Like other NGO where employee wait for their salary 2 month, 3 month , in this company salary on time. Supportive Seniors, open culture , spread you skills, if performance good then got opportunity to move other department like, audit, operation etc.

Like other skill development companies here also your job is on contractual basis, Every time your contract will renew.. That's create insecurity . Rest Ok

...s loans. Crisis on microfinance industry overall India thatswhy company closed. Good salary encouragement also excellent.
