The only good thing that happened in the history of BV was they had hired a knowledgeable VP and a Director for our department who was with us for few months. The two of them tired to bring some sanity to mess here, but eventually gave up due to poor working conditions.

Dislikes

Stay away from joining here. The CEO & Founder, Ambarish Gupta is extremely toxic and keeps hiring and firing people. He has hired and fired 7 VPs/Directors/Head of Marketing people in less than a year between 2023 to 2024. Our appraisal did not happen, no employee engagement and HR Head is a puppet!

No job security. They can fire you on a whim. Your boss will never appreciate your work and will keep shouting at you for no reason and that too in front of your juniors. The CEO of the company has got a really bad temper and can degrade you and call you names in front of anyone and everyone. If you even have an ounce of respect for yourself you won't join this company. They hire the guys at CXO levels and fire them before they can even complete their probation period so as to avoid paying them 2 months salary. Really TOXIC CEO.
