Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Pathetic company specially employee and head non professional company politics definitely not Refer this harmful company for personal & professional very bad experience taken only gossips about people personal life stay away from this company

...ever if you want distroy your carrier then definitely this is no 1 company ever. Unprofessional company & they not give you salary as per industry standards work environment & people very bad. Definitely not recommended for this company to hardworking people.
