The company is good in terms of occupational safety and health. Every one working on any machine is supposed to have a job safety analysis and observation, acquire permit to work and ensure that the machine is isolated and lock out. The company encourage working as a Team with maintenance team in case of plant malfunctions or breakdowns.

Dislikes

...s no career growth and the remuneration is low with no other allowance included. The company is not fair in terms of salary increaments as per life standards. Also we have long working hours with less overtime.

In base Tatinium ltd, I have learnt alot in minerals Sand mining from feed preparation plant to minerals separation plant. I have also trained LOTO, isolation,Job safety analysis, hazards identification, confined space and working at height.

Dislikes

In base Tatinium ltd there is no career growth and development. In terms of renumeration it's poor compared to other minerals Sand mining companies.
