...was a great experience for me about teammates training and most of the Security. Salary Package was also good for me. And Travel Facilities provided by company are very good.I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Here the growth is slow. and other is that there is no on job training for freshers.there is some senior executive are kidding the new joining persons.

Product quality and fighting spirit is good in the company.

Due to financial crises, salaries are not on time and even not for months sometime. TDS and PF deducted but not deposited for almost last 2-3years.

After my Husband death they gave job to me.

This company is not sporting to me I am a widow i have a daughter of 18 years old, they didn't give salary on time & didn't increment from 5-6 years thats why i have to leave this company after that i faced many problems Mr. Girish didn't pick the phone. My husband worked in this company. he joined in 2002 after his death i joined this company

As far as work culture is concerned Base is indeed a great company to work with. However financial irregularities by the promoters have lead to turn the organization from a co everybody want to work with the Co nobody want to continue with..

No skill development plan and internal politics of promoters

As per my opinion i like the environment & infrastructure of the company. also i got much support from administrator it make you feel like it's your own business

overall everything was satisfying, but due to personal reason I left the job
