No Salary Discussion in My Appraisal — What’s Your Experience?

In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. ...e based and if u won't do Ur revenue they will not even give 20% of Ur Salary...and no clarity about salary deduction i.e pf will be deducted but they can't explain to u how much it's been deducted.... deducted will be 1000 means in pay slip it will be only 500rs....
