The management is prompt with salary and appraisal cycles. Festive goodies are gifted on time. During covid, they supported the employees with medical benefits. There is a goof work life balance (speaking for SME team only). Post covid they allowed WFH.

Dislikes

As a SME, there is limited scope for growth. Once you accept a question, you are bound to the computer for next 1-3 hours (depending upon complexity). Other than your subject you don't get much exposure. Maximum you will learn is Google sheets. it gets monotonous after a while. Depending upon volume you will be asked to work in rotational shifts. If you are considering staying in the academics this could be a choice however adding this as a corporate experience can be a challenge.

As of now there is nothing good about this company. Salary would be credited on time.

Their Quality Check team is one of the worst. Once Bartleby was acquired by Coursehero their quality check team would reject even the questions that were correct. For the one of the questions the answer was 24365.50 I have written it as 24365.48 For this much variation they've marked my answer as wrong and cancelled the payment for that question. This one of the many variations. As there are lot of applications for this kind of role they would revoke your account with no warning.

I didnt get my salary commission in telegram 🆔, working for 1st time as part time commissions employees , not guided properly by your regular staff Sarika, as i did my task in middle she removed from your company group, later I didn't receive what they promised salary commission which I earned, very bad company.

Your company staff didnt guide me properly In telegram,later she removed without informing me, my salary commission I didn't received and important donation I paid they promised to pay in legal note, your staff sarika told will get later on salary commission, very sad 😔 😔

...ll from the HR stating that you are been terminated as a part of layoff process. It's extremely traumatizing as we plan so many things ( like taking bank loans) thinking that you have got a well paid PERMANENT job and salary will be credited to your account every month. I am still in PTSD. And they strictly inform all those who are still inside to not communicate or answer the laid off colleagues calls or messages which means people who were close friends becomes strangers in fraction of seconds to keep their source of income safe for which we cannot blame them. They took me on contract and after 4 months I was made a permanent employee. But after layoff the HR dint even care to give the experience certificate during my contract period. The experience certificate is also horrible, no area of work, our work performance or anything good that another employer would like to see in our experience letter is added in it. Overall horrible and traumatizing experience. Please don't join unless you are mentally ready for an unexpected layoff.

Continuous graveyard shift for months, early morning shifts all the year long. The company laid off 95 employees without any notice on one sudden day without any severance package. HRs are the worst, they are literally worthless. Management is biased, high internal politics, no professional skill development, no growth, mundane work
