It's my honour to work for BHMSH. The teammates are extremely supportive . The training period has long hours. It will definitely improve your skill. The work and life balance is achieved through remaining leaves.

Dislikes

There is no improvement in salary as per your work . Although work pressure is completely low , employer did not receive any service from the hospital. Even in medical emergencies among staff at that time we didn't receive any help from the hospital . I suggest that employer should introduce some facilities for staff any how , otherwise their interest towards work gradually decreased. Therefore patients might be suffer .

I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
