As it is a young organisation, work load is less.

Dislikes

...o work life balance 7. No previlage for late night travel or food allowance 8. No bonus or variable pay 9. Poor management by higher authorities as they do not have a say in bank’s procedures. 10. Intrusion to holidays like second/fourth Saturday and Sundays. You have to work on these holidays and a compensatory leave against it is a tough and sorry state of affair.

...without any reason. 2. All staff of bank of baroda behaved like a street dog, 3. They give you verry small salary but you have to work Saturday, Sunday without pay. 4. No career growth, Working like a data entry operator, In the name of bussiness analytics its excel MIS work and the wont offer u salary based on skills they just want candidate a lower budget,so much repetaive copy paste work... One the the only consider during hiring is your previous CTC and in job description the mention other skills which are of no use in real working. even the dont provide individual Work email ID

Unexpected job policies: stay or switch?

I recently switched jobs with a 48% hike, and my current in-hand salary is ₹35K. But after joining, I realized a few important things that weren’t mentioned during the interview. 1. No Phones or Bags Allowed – We have to keep them in lockers, which I wasn’t informed about before joining. 2. Working Saturdays – HR said all Saturdays are working but assured that one Saturday off per month would be introduced soon. I can't see that happening anytime soon 3. Phone Policy Confusion – When I asked HR why this wasn’t discussed earlier, they said it’s only for two months and won’t be the case at the new location (which was discussed earlier). But some old employees say the same rule applies there too. 4. Leaves – We get 21 paid leaves a year. I’m already thinking of switching. Would it be too soon to leave within 3 months, or should I stay for at least 6 months? Also, since I just got a good hike, how much can I ask for in my next job?
