Few franchisee Play with the recipe and couldn't pay salary on time. It's bad impact on brands quality.. Over all good.

This company has given me knowledge about coffee and how interact with customer and make the the customer happy. I love to be a barista and I love barista company . am so proud to be a barista.

On my side I didn't feel any dislike to barista lavazza company. I love the company, may need improvement in salary package that's all. Over all company is great.

Really the compensation is quite decent, but the cheapest part of Barista is the staff has to stand over the day and night on the entrance area to grewt the customers like they are standing on a Vadapav stall on a station they should not do this because it's a brand and doing such kind of things can spoil the whole Name which has been bulit by Lavaza.... Here the managemnt is also little poor there is no promtion to the staffs till long time....

Good management staff respect on time send salary in case you have any problems than manager help if you going to late then inform your manager bafore 1 hrs
