Nothing to like about company they are doing fraud with employees

Dislikes

They hire on urgent basis and don't provide any document like offer letter appointment letter and also don't provide salary on time total 7 employees are there including manager and his 3 family members , also very abusive behaviour with employees.

Working staff are good HR is cooperative

Dislikes

CEO behaiviour. He tends to fire everyone after 2 - 3 months. Not a good company for a girl/women. Everyone forced to work 9-10 hours daily. No Agenda, No progress. It was a mistake to join this.

HR and CEO are main issues of the company They don't provide any documents like offer letter, salary slips, but when you ask them , they told you focus on your work. CEO doesn't respect anybody. he has hire and fire policy. Girls are forced to do overtime in night by signal of CEO. CEO name is Subhas. They are 10-12 people company in which 5 are family member. Instead of those family member no one stays in company for more than 6 months or an year. CEO daily scolds all employees as they are taking free money from him

This company is basically a SCAM.. the HR is so rude and she thinks that she is some sort of CEO or something , she doesn't know how to talk to people. Also the Director abuses the employees, no one stays here for more than few months apart from there own family member.. This is such a scam i dont know how they are still operational..
