I worked for almost 1.5 months only Barclays. In short span , I found work culture to be good and job security was there. Policies were employee friendly

Dislikes

Only thing which I disliked about them is the compensation they provide is not as per the market standard and also the work quality is outdated and on older tech stack.

Likes

I liked how all the leaders leaders were extremely supportive and took out time for mentoring to the direct reports. The coaching and leadership programs are one of the best I received that helped me a lot in my career progression.

Dislikes

I think Barclays has a lot better work culture but I think they can improve on work life balance.

Management is poor specialy in Chennai unit ,For Additional Hours there is not OT , Managers don't have knowledge of policies and stuff.

Dislikes

It's a Brand name but only in Noida if I talk about Chennai unit then you will never get that feeling of working in Barclay's.
