Overall a good company with decent work life balance. Have dropped to the lower band in terms of compensation for mid-senior levels as compared to current market standards

Barclaycard is division where one will find the opportunity to grow and learn. It does provide salary which is competitive to market standards and overall a good place to work for long terms. Even relocation are possible but that depends totally on ones ability to work and deliver projects.

...ace to work. Lots of opportunities to learn and grow. Work culture is very good. Pay is above the average market pay. Most important, you will get opportunity to work alongside very smart and intelligent people.

Some departments have bureaucracy. So, growth can be slow.

Only we get good pay .if we do overtime and weekend working apart from that no proper increament no value for employees
