WFH policy is very bad. Manager act as Dictator. No in-house HR to listen your query. They modify policy according to their needs and comfort.

...he people at the lowest level is a dream. the managements are always on holiday. work is more and salary is less. if u r already working with Barclays my sympathy is with you and if you are planning to join the Barclays join in the higher management, there your life will be chilled and work load is less, so please do not join without making a enquire, join jp morgen or tcs cz the work environment is good and they are hiring

... manager likes the person, irrespective of work delivered will get promotion. Not a paymaster and AVP level no salary correction.

1) Salary Structure is good 2) Team members are experienced and supporting. 3) Shift allowances and overtime allowances are good 4) Many programs taken up for supporting employees for well being

Dislikes

1) Work life Balance needs improvement. 2) Employee refferal policy is totally mess, if anyone has even applied or refered for any openings too many years back as well then they don't give referral bonus this policy is serious mess and needs to be corrected to have it on requisition basis. 3) Micro management for new joiners gives wrong message about work culture which this needs some consultation from existing managers to new managers.

Overall a good company with decent work life balance. Have dropped to the lower band in terms of compensation for mid-senior levels as compared to current market standards
