Work Life balance. Lack of recognition. Less salary beyond imagination than average market standards. Stagnant in terms of technology adaptations. Adamant on using legacy systems and technologies. No new learning opportunities.

There is plenty of projects to work upon being a data industry new learning are always there.

The work life culture used to be excellent there but now after joining of new CIO the tech Team is suffering harshly and not a good place to work.

Internal mobility options are limited Promotions depend lot on company performance rather than individual contribution

Working timing Tehcnology stacks is good. 4-5 years exp gets designation of Manger easily.

Mismanagement of upper management No proper guidance, Lots of politics, Favoritism, Even after Micromanagement still unaware of individual task details. Attitude issue of VP, Ego get hurts if you don't call Sir. No visibility to upper management, No vision.
