But the company is not even paying the salary time to the employee, whenever someone takes leave, he is giving direct salary hold and there is no value of core value anymore.. like the employee is not focused anymore, and also the Bonus.. it is not given,,, that is wrong rules bcz of bbqn is big company and brand company name of know,,, thank you.

I suggest to every youngster who is willing for a job don't see the salary structure don't see ur time just give your 1 2 years here and you gain lots of experience discipline hardworking person which u never meet yourself by doing in normal restaurant job.

Management should be better. Salary should be better if you take 12 13 hr a day provide a good salary. Prblm of housekeeping.due to insufficient of house keeping we are the person who is doing a cleaning senior also cleaning. Focus on these. Sufficient staff more work.try to fulfill in every outlet more number of staff which improves our operation smoothly.

To much pressure. You have to work for 15 hrs and staff will keep running away bcs if low salary but management will blame you for everything. Plus they have budget to present on job portal but when it's time offer suddenly company doesn't have budget.
