    compensation is decent ,but growth is very fast . the work pressure is high is some time . i have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night managers is value an individuals' unique strengths which is why i have to take back my suggestion most of the times. i do receive

    But the company is not even paying the salary time to the employee, whenever someone takes leave, he is giving direct salary hold and there is no value of core value anymore.. like the employee is not focused anymore, and also the Bonus.. it is not given,,, that is wrong rules bcz of bbqn is big company and brand company name of know,,, thank you.

    To much pressure. You have to work for 15 hrs and staff will keep running away bcs if low salary but management will blame you for everything. Plus they have budget to present on job portal but when it's time offer suddenly company doesn't have budget.

    New offer. Confused.
    My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
