In Bel company was very good at manufacturing the defence and aerospace. And security standard was excellent in this company and All the employees wave of communication is excellent.

All good, but salary is not satisfied for diploma employees and facilities is less for diploma holders

They always contract to hire, period of 3 year, after they not extending want to search out side Any permanent role they taking campus and all india recruitment rarely taking

It's only Flantform atleast to get job outside

Good company but growth is slow because this is contract basis,here rarely give to permanent,salry also not hike
