Baramati Agro taking feed mill on contract basis. Due to that they are not provide proper services like hygiene, Good company environment, even table, chair notebooks fans . I think pimpli plant is good other plant are so much boaring.

Oveall good, teammates & management are supportive.salary was at average.

There is lot off politics.Salary is at average and is nothing any facilities except salry and provident fund.On job training is not given to new joinees.

The company has given me an oppournity to develop the trade for it core commodity i.e. Sugar through out the East & West Africa. As a result i got to know the potential & its future prospects of the respective commodity in Africa market and also boosted my confidence.Moreover being a country manager i was asked to handle various department such as admin, lasing with Govt policy maker of the country, shipping, logistics & finance. Due this ability to get multiply things done at same was developed.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The manager unable judge the individuals unique strength.

In Baramati Agro you will have a job security and litter bit of work satisfaction.

Old people who's working in the Baramati Agro from last 12 to 25 years are very egoistic and all of them having on good level of post. they never want newcomers to grow and progress in the company. If anyone is willing to join the company, they should join at least at Senior Manager or above post.

Dislikes

1) Dusty Environment. 2) Don't have sufficient manpower. 3) Too much work load. 4) Don't have overtime payment. 5) Too much Coal dust and Ash dust flying all over plant. 6) No housekeeping people came to clean daily. 7) Don't have proper clean maintained canteen. 8) sometimes don't have water to drink. 9) Plant HR is Not co-operative, always talking in Attitude.
