Banyan has given a place to work for all the employees with freedom, team work. The company take care of the employee. When you work independently it is more freedom to work with your colleague. Its fun to work. But the company policy is that a bit draw back is they include your gratuity in your CTC which makes me haywire and if company terminates the employee unreasonable than the company doesnt gives you any 3 months compensation Otherwise all good.

Dislikes

There r many but I dont want to discuss. There is no HR draw back, No proper management in the company, if your employee has a problem them HR take a call n discuss with the employee to solve problem of the employee but it doesn't have that system. It is honest fact.
