...not being able to deal with the issue by ourselves. No work life balance at all. Instead they force us to work overtime without any overtime pay several times. There aren't any causal leaves or sick leaves. Sometimes, the workers are made to work even on Sundays without any extra pay. The whole job description wasn't specified at the time of joining. In the name of physical and mental well being, they literally spread toxic positivity and try to brainwash the employees. Any kind of work can be done to earn money but not at the cost of your mental health. Think before joining here.

They bluff about vision and everything very well that manipulates employees for years. 😒

Worst ever experience. No place of professionalism or employee realisation. Totally a seth-naukar work culture by their corrupt managers.

They are not allowed outside person, like new employees they are adopted old employees ie ...two members ,fully depending on these persons by management and management has no knowledge in finance but portray as experts. with out those two members they cannot survive in work.
