The office provides a positive and friendly environment to work in. Work-life balance is amazing. All in all, a comfortable to place work at and gain experience if you really want to learn.

There’s not much fun to do in the office, I mean no parties, no other office activities.

I didn't work in this company so, I don't Know. HR Aishwarya call me for F2F round interview. When I went there, HR told me to conduct my interview in 10 min but after waiting 1 hour in reception. I met with HR Manager, b/w interview of 10 min she got many personal and professional call. She picked every call b/w of interview. She asked me only intro and my experience. Because of interview I took half day leave which is totally waste of time. If she want to know intro and experience than she can know on call. Now HR not picking my call and didn't gave me reason. Very unprofessional HR. I didn't like interview process of BankIT Services, Noida. If interview process was not good I am sure that work culture is also not good. Completely unrecommended. Guys don't go with this company its completely time waste.
