Culture, Treatment, Way of talking here , they dont have supportive culture, Country hef always using abusive language on the floor, Late salary 15-25 day on month. Late night works, 0 Job security, they put people on PIP with in 15 days of joining , I will highly recommend that dont join this organisation ever.

Poor financial management pathetic work environment abusive language used by country head always like checking like police with the cameras bad treatment to the female staff salaries are not on time threatening words are used by country head jisko jana he jao koi farak nahi padta he team phir se bana lege country head always says stole clients from sites any get the tagged under banke (always ask for poching form sites) no travel provided and no phone bills provided even if you come 2 min lates they mark you half day or absent direct culture like dubai
