Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). Team politics, work environment is toxic Senior members of the team treat new members as subordinate. No interaction, and no help by seniors on understanding the work. You are on your own, learn the work and do it yourself. They belittle and say mean things to juniors for smallest mistake. Take credits for good work and put the blame on juniors for all wrongs.
