New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Likes

You will get good benefits apart from your salary like Cab, Sodexho Card, Gym. There is no variable pay in BA.

Dislikes

HR people are dummy in BA, If you will have good relationship with your manager or VP then you will get good appraisal or promotion. They are having escalation process but if you escalate something about your manager then it will first reach to your manager and they will corner you. There is no onsite opportunity in BA

The Work culture-- work life balance is good and my managers are always accommodating and friendly. Transport (pre pandemic) was a plus in the company especially for women associates. Encouragement to learn, innovate makes it a great place to work.

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike. Salary/ pay may not be on par with the competitors. Being a banking sector the adoption of technology has lot of restrictions, so new technology adaption will be behind compared to tech companies.
