Awesome! It ws my first organisation. Very employee centric, decent management, rich company culture, very secured job, safe for females as they offer guards with each cab in early mrng or evening shifts. Everything was good except the front desk girl who was very mean and rude, her personality does nt suit the organisation.

Dislikes

Salary was less and just one side cab and another side shuttle. The email and chat process ramped down. They offered positions in other processes bt salary ws nt that good.

Dislikes

Tech stack is a bit old. They upgrade quite slow comapred to market. End of the day, what you do at the innovation side is given more weightage when it cmes to ratings, promotions, etc.

Long term career growth is difficult, too much competition to reach higher job roles, employee skills not utilized correctly.

Being an employee you'll get everything you'd ask for. A good work life balance, handsome package (though it depends on your last salary), nice work location with hefty of employee benefits including personal and family insurance. Overall this organisation takes care of its employees in a decent manner. P.S - There are few flaws but can be dealt easily.

Dislikes

The management plays a very vital role in terms of employees growth. Few are over burdened at the other hand few are on relaxing mode. The task allocation should be equal and associate should push to learn new things so that everyone can be involved equally. Secondly, associates who contributes in major tasks, should be recognized with better hike compared to others who are still in comfort zone.

No open source technologies, you will post all your skills.. better to avoid this company. Do not choose GMSP - Fixed income projects.. all GMSP projects using quartz framework. No incentive,no bonus only fixed income. P
