...e was good but now India Mumbai site leadership gang just exploiting employee...for their bonus and promotion..they are paying less to employees and keeping all the money in their pockets

Office politics. you can't grow if you are not part of gang ...old employee are forced to leave the company as now they are good for nothing for leadership team.....all the leaders got promotion because of old employees hard work but now they forgot everything and they are making their life miserable

Only we will manage work life as much we can.

...r growth stuck on one place and queue to work one sided 5 to 6 i observed it. Next they have not giving good salary.

-Superb benefits- cab facility, gym reimbursement, career development, sodexo card benefit, amazing food. - Work-life balance is good. No overtimes - Managers are supportive. - Job security Must recommend to join this company especially to women.

Dislikes

-Low salary package is the only cons. Otherwise, best organization to work.

The pay is on time, reimbursements are not a problem. Lot of free time and not much stress over deadlines.

Dislikes

No deadline stress means no motivation to at all complete work. No promotions, you could possibly retire without a promotion, I seem to be on that journey right now. Also, any harassment complaints fall on deaf ears, even if you are a female employee..the harasser will just be moved to a different department.

Likes

Being an employee you'll get everything you'd ask for. A good work life balance, handsome package (though it depends on your last salary), nice work location with hefty of employee benefits including personal and family insurance. Overall this organisation takes care of its employees in a decent manner. P.S - There are few flaws but can be dealt easily.

Dislikes

The management plays a very vital role in terms of employees growth. Few are over burdened at the other hand few are on relaxing mode. The task allocation should be equal and associate should push to learn new things so that everyone can be involved equally. Secondly, associates who contributes in major tasks, should be recognized with better hike compared to others who are still in comfort zone.
