Company helping alot but heard from supervisors that may b jobs are on stake or may be no salary hike this year or no promotions and also skeleton staffing can be done.

Nice company helped alot in lockdown but upper management get all benefits but employees are still the same or may be management keeps everything to themselves and things not come down and feedback dont goes up in terms of salary hikes promotions everything

...e was good but now India Mumbai site leadership gang just exploiting employee...for their bonus and promotion..they are paying less to employees and keeping all the money in their pockets

Office politics. you can't grow if you are not part of gang ...old employee are forced to leave the company as now they are good for nothing for leadership team.....all the leaders got promotion because of old employees hard work but now they forgot everything and they are making their life miserable

Work life balance Continue to work here if you are not looking for any growth and are happy with little increments every year. Outdated process etc

Toxic work culture Bad managers No recognition No promotion Not good increments No bonus List goes on...

... 8 lacks. Insurance for parents/aws. Sodexo food card with 1300 monthly balance. Yearly bonus. Cab facility if you are not availing it can be get transport allowance upto 1800 monthly.

Dislikes

Favoritism is there in internal leadership. Promotion cycle are long if you are an average performer.
