There is no doubt Bofa has really good job security and pay I average. Like you will be able to just meet the rent and food at least. this is the only good part.

Dislikes

- They don't care about your development. - They won't tell you during the interview, what type of work you will be doing and which time you will be working. - Coming to timing they gave graveyard shift which is 3 am in the morning.At that time I didn't have any option to join Bofa. So I had to accept it. - Leaving the company process is straight-up trash. they sent the laptop but when it came to Pick the laptop up they refused. they want it delivered to their office by hand. like what the heck.

...g with with BOA. The team was amazing, the work culture and everything was good. If you are going for the salary please don't go. They are not good in that nor in appraisals. Environment, job security, learnings are good.

Likes

Bank of America's company culture and its work life balance is excellent. One of the Best company in terms of Job security. Cab facility and food facility is good.Management is also supportive and open for new ideas and improvements.

Dislikes

...rage in terms of employee perks.There are No bonus and incentives for employees.Only salary is the main monetary component.They should also focus on employee learnings as the work here is repetitive .

Salary× Promotion /ratings× Hike doesn't even cover the inflation rates Some processes are good but mine was the worst Won't hire people even if we have loads of volumes for atleast 11 months a year. Indirectly pressure the employees to extend without any extra pay No night allowance Cafeteria is quite expensive for the allowance we are provided- 1300 per month Overcrowded workspaces No trips No outings

The best company I hd ever worked as this is my 1st job but they cares there employees, they help us and support us in every way they can..A very balanced and benefited company.

It's about the target work and providing less salary.
