Tech stack is a bit old. They upgrade quite slow comapred to market. End of the day, what you do at the innovation side is given more weightage when it cmes to ratings, promotions, etc.

Likes

The pay is on time, reimbursements are not a problem. Lot of free time and not much stress over deadlines.

Dislikes

No deadline stress means no motivation to at all complete work. No promotions, you could possibly retire without a promotion, I seem to be on that journey right now. Also, any harassment complaints fall on deaf ears, even if you are a female employee..the harasser will just be moved to a different department.

...d it's the company with a great work ethics, work life balance and job security. Salary is all fixed + Sodexo & transport as an extra benefits. But since it's a bank, lot of projects are on legacy and switching from one technology to another is so difficult, it's only possible if you have good relations with leadership.

Dislikes

Since it's a bank so lot of legacy project and some of the guys working in a project from 10-12 years. So it's quiet difficult to get a good latest technology project or if you want to switch technology then you should have good relationship with manager. The other problem is with their is nothing like HR, they always say we are here for you but they are for managers only, and there is no value of associate in their eyes. They just came in picture for selling parental insurance, diversity and throwing policies on associates.

Nothing exceptional , just an another service class company.

Service class company with senior posts occupied from TCS return candidates. selectivitism in salary hikes and promotions. dont join if you are looking for career growth.

Compensation normalisation is really weak, you need to negotiate and join with good salary, else your pay will be low , even comparing with campus grad
