Its a employee friendly company. I mean it what i said. This atmosphere will not get anywhere. My Friends who moved from our company told me t hat never ever move from BA continum as the work and life balance is very good

Pros: decent compensation Good work life balance Job security Cons : less learning even after working for 4-5 years. For freshers its terrible to join as learning curve is not good. If you want to pursue higher studies then it can convert into opportunity.

One of the best companies to work with for it's work culture and growth that we see being part of the org. Hikes are good if you perform well and same goes with promotions...

Compensation is decent but growth is slow even though you work hard as compared to other team mates . Main thing there is so much of politics in Management or we can say that there is so much of favoritism. The work pressure is sometimes high and most of time is average within working hours. In my past experiences I received lot of appreciations emails from Line of business but they are disregarded at the time of ratings and appraisals.
