- No HR policy for promotion and hike. - Salary is below industry standard. (Lowest salary comparing to all metro organization inside India) - If you are in site, there is no holiday, sunday. Forget about saturdays.

Not much work pressure. Can earn decent income. Freedom of time. Contract job of 3 or 5 years.

Dislikes

No job security. No promotional procedures in the company. Salary half of what is paid in the market. No recognition or appreciation of work done. Civil engineers work undervalued. If applying to other government companies no NOC (No objection certificate ) not provided.

...department so there will an IDA pay scale fro Lower division to higher division In Project wing , don't join as JE,SE And AE very low salary Join as AEE bcz salary will be low only but extra allowance with salary sufficient one who hv 8yr experience

...ilway was imparted Indian Railway Institute for Electrical Engineers, Nasik,. With good pay scale adopted, there is job security and career growth in BMRCL. As Project work of BmRCL is expanding year after year in PH-II/Ph-IIA/Ph-III aeas, which may go up to 2025,there is enough to gain experience and possible to move to neighbouring Metro Projects for better avenues.

BMRCL has produced lot lot of Best Engineers and we do not compromise on safety and quality

... effort goes down the vein. There is no appreciation for hard working Engineers. There is no promotion policy, there is no Pay Scale, there is no recognition, there is no security of Job. Work like a donkey u will be treated as a donkey. Seniors here help only to those who do chaplosi about others not the hard working one.
