...ea of improvement is the proper communication process at the time of appraisals. There should be some clarity to make sure that there is a disparity in the salary structure. No importance to HSE policy at the Chennai office and that is required for long-term sustainability.

Rude management. Zero work life balance. They expect to work for 15 hours a day. They will stop ur salary incase if you don't comply to any of the above. Horrible. Especially chennai office particularly the GM.
