There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is low and career growth is slow. There is no security in this job. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Nice environment and experience. But even after 8 year experience not got ESI benefits

Still not getting confirmed. Company atleast if not confirming us atleast they could have increased salary to survive as per present leaving conditions.

It is a good company as well as good staff members. They encourages us to learning things in doing work ,they teach us very friendly. I have learnt a very lot in work. we get fully involved in doing my work and with the team members. learning is not a big thing, but how to manage in working area is stands a main thing. I would like to learn to more and more new things.

Monthly package is not satisfaction to lead my life. And traveling too my current location to our company.

I learnt so many things there. We can communicate with different kind of people not face to face but in call. We can build a good manarism that how to behave, communicate with people.

Salary is decent but carrier growth is low. Poor communication of employees and team leaders and some politics.
