Easily the worst company culture ever. Absolutely zero support from the managers and higher authorities. RBH thinks that a few elevated words of English will work wonders for the staff. They will somehow divert their own incompetencies and turn them into your faults. DO NOT JOIN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

This is a new company fueled by high enthusiasm and an ambitious vision. A range of innovative products at competitive prices is set to launch soon.

Dislikes

The management is severely lacking, with significant bias at the leadership level. They consistently favor former colleagues from previous workplaces, creating an unbalanced environment. Pressure tactics are excessively applied, despite the absence of actual products to support such demands. Aggressive behaviors such as shouting, intimidation, and pushing employees to resign only deteriorate the work culture, harming business growth. Both middle management and HR exhibit poor judgment; they must overcome these biases and carry out their responsibilities with integrity and resilience.

Organization is digitally sound and all modern tools being implemented. IT, HR, Training Team is Good.

Dislikes

Sales Leadership (specially L3 manger) is not at all fit for the position. No geographic knowledge and aware about location region specific challenges. Not approve expense claims, not work in motivational factors at all. Only know to drive with demanding and order mode.

Worst management and decision making, HR Head is the worst person in the company with their unprofessional team, micro-managing and trying to take control on all things. Influencing the decision making of company on the management and working as per personal wills and power. This will affect the company in long run, if same people and policy follows.
