Compensation is decent, but growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high. Managers do not value an individuals. Not more than facilitated for field experiments.

There is no sufficient staff at working areas and guidelines for payband completely different from other institutions which are under same UGC

They are supporting through internet and it make easy to do all the works or duty during this Pendamic lockdown by staying at uome. This is the way only we can fight against this covid-19 to protect our self and to join our duty.

Dislikes

Dislike is --- being boring sometimes by staying at home all the day and as a sports man I feel boring more to not playing any games during this lockdown. But it has some positive effect in our literature skill we got more free times to read our books and read some new news of the world.
