I was able to manage work-life balance during my period at Bamboo Rose. I was very much occupied but due to my manager's proper work schedule I was able to achieve it on time. Bamboo Rose work culture looks very vague n simple from outside but the work-life balance was so easy going. Except for the recent layoff I was a happy employee there. I still miss the days I have spent in Bamboo Rose. All the managers encourage you to go extra mile always. And they will also ask you to take a break when you are really good at your job. What more we want. It is an Awesome company till the time I was there.

We were not informed prior about our performance issue which led to sudden layoff(if that was the reason for layoff-which I'm still not sure). I think managers should stand for their team members in these kind of critical situations. They were just quite.
