No proper salary date No management skill. No professionalism No respect to employees No recognition to employees from top management as well as from Branch Manager. No claims for foods and beverages for late stretch. Poor environment at the Warehouse and no proper facilities for employees. No space for skill development. All benefits can be gained if employees work place is at Head Office. Not recommended to others, especially Chennai Branch.

System operation methods all are seems to be a corporate level but salary is not like.. Higly pressure & Digital Monitoring on field work. Experienced Persons can not sustain for a long period, very Suitable for Freshers, Higly interested to ready to work hard and smart & Good Learning Institute for A Good Futher to Grow interested candidates in thier Carriers.

Higly politics , You need to have Patient , Ready to accept . You should not raise Any Question. Your real Work will not reach to management level
