During lockdown no salary. After lockdown only 40% salary to some staff and some are getting no salary

Baltra is a company with no satisfaction policy for neither for employees nor trade partners, customers. Poor CTC, no growth, fake promises, no work life balance . It's a one man company.

Only Managing Director + Mr saxen listen my points ... But but they paid salary on time only on working employees.....

Only one persone magaing the whole company whose name is Managing Director.......and his not thing about the company ...go with those persons who always gave negative ratio against the company........ And the Chetan is disaster for the company he learn via you tube and thing is is a rounder that why single persone not recommended him...... That why company performing negative always.... They working on deduction only .. not for company growth they don't want survive in market ...... They need to learn what what gentration want and what they are doing..... Direction is not solution...... They first need to kicked those person..... Who are relative and M.D need to self decision maker sales team also not performing as well..... Only Mr. Saxena is the route of this company.... Sale team self benifits always..... Thanks every thing is clear in my experience ....all policy created by me. On any one survived in this environment.....I have worked as service manager but on paper I am as a assistant service manager.....

We are sellers, want to sell their products....... But this new company is thinking its so big that people are fighting and dying to buy them....... still their attitude is so high, that they don't even want to share rates to retailers also in market......
