8 hrs job. In case of OT company will pay extra. You can easily manage home & work life. I was in G shift so I have to stay 9 hrs some times more, but other stuff of my team, they were in shifting duty only stay for 8 hrs. By doing this job you can give time to your family.

Low pay scale, no increment, salary in between 6-10 date every month, although I sent attendence report 1st day of every month, my job was as a supervisor, in my team there was total 9 stuff including me. I was posted in TN Dindigul dist. I was started there Jun 2019 but my PF started from Nov 2019. Each month the amount deducted from my salary but not deposited. Not only me, my whole team faced same problem. Some times I have to travel different locations for UN jobs, TA provided by Baltic after submitting the bill. First few bills cleared on time, but the problem was started from Mar2020, all the bills that i submitted before lockdown pending till Sept-Oct. Total pending bill amount was more than double of my salary. After that part of the bill amount cleared by Baltic, rest of the money not cleared. Many time I requested to clear those bills, but every time they gave excuses. I emailed to Baltic control but no one reply.
