... no of MOVs out of 21 no. After that plant was run without blackout for 6months. I have been appreciated for that and received good compensation of salary also for that.

Transport road from plant to colony was not good. South Indian food was not available.

if you have talent of polishing and ****###**** then you can survive, and one more skill is most important dishonesty including 12ka4.

1-Need to improve work culture and environment 2- No manners found in seniors. 3- Treat people like servant not employee. 4- Abusing with every employees.

1. Furnished Accommodation. 2. Time to Time Maintenance of Furniture and House. 3. Healthy Environment around the Premises with Greenery and Sports Activity Area. 4. Good Medical First Aid Facilities. 5. Safe and Safe Security Services at Plant.

1. High Pressure due to Work Followups. 2. Lack of Personal Life; Remote Locality Area. 3. Hard to Manage Timing due to Very Detailed Working.

First thing working is totally insecure in this company. Management removes employees, wheneven they want without any reason/evidence. No work life balance. Very poor working culture/environment. Many more things which can not be written here.
