Not recommending to join this company, Company policies are worse, appraisal not fair and they gave only 500/- Rs Salary hike before Covid19 pandemic and company not willing to keep old employees whose salary is in mid or big range, they are transferring you to remote location plant or started harassing you by politics,

There is lot of politics a d the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Appraisal policy is not fair, your hard work gives only Rs. 500/- salary hike.

Here is lot of things to learn like- injection molding, extrusion, blow molding and managerial work. Also opportunity to applying new concepts and do experiments.

Fix(Poor) percentage of increment and high tenure of promotion.

My tenaur with Blvl was more than 9 years and people are working more than 20 years also. 100 % secure job with pathetic work culture and poor management. When management is poor you can not expect good policies. People with no objective and no ambition can join this company and retire peacefully

Pros: learning at all stage Cons: except the the above pros all are cons 1.no career growth 2.no financial rewards 3.poor management 4.poor policy Etc..

Company gives good bus facility and canteen. Operate very good man power management . The personnel department of company good and job security is also a good.

The heavy machinery is understand to difficult the operators or fresher's

Good to Learn new things, But if you are looking for a long term growth then it is not for you.
