HR dept is threatening like if you take more than 2 dys leave on loss op pay you wont be able to get certificate from us and if do more than two times write and give resign letter and They using apprentice to make heavyer job so that they can reduce the use of contract persons they are recruiting many engineering because they want job so they threatening us i cant do then resign

Nothing as such except freedom to work to some extent. Policies are good but implementation is equally bad. Most unprofessionally managed professional corporate. Promotion are based on personal rapport, professional degrees and knowledge has little importance. Recruitment policies are not followed and many more..
