I SUGGEST THAT MARKETING DEPT FOR LOGISTIC SECTOR SHOULD BE STRONG WITH THE ADEQUATE KNOWLEDGE OF BUSINESS ACTIVITIES

THIS COMPANY HAS WELL MANAGEMENT AND NO POLITICAL ENVIRONMENT. BUT CLERICAL SALARY IS VERY POOR WITH OTHER OIL SECTOR COMPANY.

...mes less salary given to outsourced employee in compare to permanent employee. Same work same pay is not followed here. No Growth.

Posting given in remote location with lesser salary, HRA is only 9 % of basic, HR policy not clear, showing leave encashment as part of CTC to show CTC is more than expectation, however in-hand will be 55 to 60 percent of basic

Nothing as such except freedom to work to some extent. Policies are good but implementation is equally bad. Most unprofessionally managed professional corporate. Promotion are based on personal rapport, professional degrees and knowledge has little importance. Recruitment policies are not followed and many more..

Lot of politics, salary is comparable but promotion/career growth is bad. No reward for work, favouratism prevails

I feel proud to work in this company than anywhere . And there is much more discipline among the circle.

Iam not much convenience about the salary . In my opinion they want to rise the salary much more then the current salary
