No work life balance, and salary structure-designation is biased based on whims and fantasies of the newly appointed managing director in the year 2022 & the political HR department. The old national sales manager (Feb 2022 to Oct 2024) was a political person (now demoted in Oct 2024) having only diplomatic skills & any person of equal or higher qualifications getting employed under him gets driven away after mental harassment. Even his own entire team in West region has left the company. The Human resources department is worst & is hardly bothered about employees at any level. There's no defined salary hike criteria nor any designation changes made are permanent, each decision is solely based on higher management (clear dictatorship) & employees job roles are changed without any prior intimations and/or written consent of the respective employee. No job security, only way to survive here is to slog for 3 people (managing director & 2 political key account managers). The appointment of new MD since 2022 has not only brought the overall sales down in the year 2024 but more than 90 % of employees have left due to this toxic work environment.

Monday to Friday fixed shift. Office equipment and infrastructure is good .

Dislikes

Office politics by senior employees there. You have to be very silent all the time as the senior employee there are very dominating , attitude and not helpful. Overall people and management are not professional and not a conducive environment for growth. Job satisfaction is zero. It's a small company with their own very strict policies and currently full of politics. Like walking in a dead zone . You can get fired anytime by mgmt. It's more of Chinese company and not a German company. They say it's German company but doesn't seem to be true.
